At BarberCo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional grooming tools and supplies. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories; please note that for hygiene reasons, opened liquids and used blades cannot be returned.

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your BarberCo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our distribution center using a tracked postal service.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
